Assalamualaikum dan salam pagi ceria semua.
Alhamdulillah, pagi yang penuh ceria sekali. Alamak! Baru teringat malam tadi lupa nak makan ubat. Huhu, macamana boleh lupa ni? Isyk, kakchik ni kalau ralit buat kerja lain sebelum tidur inilah akibatnya.

Untukmu agamamu, untukku agamaku.
Assalamualaikum, my dearest sister.
ReplyDeleteI pray that you and your family are in the best of health, Insha'Allah.
I just wanted to share something with you. Today, as I was in line to pay for my groceries, I noticed an old lady (about 65ish years old) looking agitated and asking if she go in front of the queue at another cashier counter. No one paid any attention to her.
She passed me and I turned to her and asked her to pay first. The old lady's face just lit up and she could not stop thanking me. It turned out that someone had offered her a lift home and they were double-parked outside, waiting for her to get her shopping done.
It was her reaction that made me realise that there is now one person (a non-muslim)who walked away thinking, 'I never knew muslims are so kind.'
Regardless of where we are, you in a muslim country and me in Ireland, we are ambassadors, representatives of Islam and it is our actions that invite others to see Islam as a beautiful way of life and not just a religion. Islam's values and principles make us stand out, with dignity, from the rest of the crowd.
I leave you with a beautiful ayat from Surah Al Muzzammil, verse 10 'And have patience with what they say, and leave them with noble (dignity)'.
Wa'alaikummussalam Sis.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your prayer for me and my family. May Allah bless you with good health and iman.
Congratulations Sis! You've done the right thing just like what Islam has teaches us. I believed the old lady would be thinking positive thought about you and Islam, insyaallah.
This attitude is what was said in Surah al-Kaafirun.
Thank you for writing the comment Sharena.
